Dr. Morris L. A Memphis native by way of Chicago, Dr. Parker is a published author, award-winning entrepreneur, and nationally recognized advocate for business ownership, financial literacy, and personal development.
In 2013, he launched True Concierge with nothing more than a vision and an unrelenting work ethic. In the early days, he worked all night shifts, sleeping in his car outside of hotels, staying ready to deliver high-level service at a moment’s notice. That unwavering commitment became the foundation of what is now one of the nation’s most respected luxury transportation companies—trusted by NBA teams, business moguls, entertainers, and major corporations.
In 2022, Dr. Parker founded the Luxury Transportation Academy to share the real-world blueprint that took him from humble beginnings to national success. This hands-on program teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to start and scale their own luxury transportation businesses the right way. More than just instruction, the Academy offers a resourceful, positive, and rewarding community where students learn faster, think bigger, and discover the full potential of the industry. It’s a roadmap designed to turn the average into the unaverage.
In 2025, Dr. Parker released his debut book, The CMO Mindset—a personal and motivational guide that reveals the life lessons and mental breakthroughs that shaped his journey. The book introduces the idea of the Chief Mentality Officer, a mindset based on resilience, focus, and maintaining a positive perspective in all situations.
